Her upturned gaze and beaming smile are captivating, and her trademark pointed tooth has been reproduced just as charmingly.
Her modern take on a kimono carefully captures the momentum of the fabric sweeping along with her pose, and together with her softly spreading hair it underscores how lightly she dances. Glitter and floral patterns on the obi, plus gloss paint applied at key points, heighten the density of the richly coloured finish for a thoroughly showy result.
