This Privacy Policy explains how Figi Biyo (the “Site”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Site.

Information Processed When You Visit the Site
When you access the Site, our hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically process technical information ordinarily transmitted with a web request, including:
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the requested page or resource;
- the referring page, if supplied by your browser; and
- browser, operating-system, device, and language information.
This information may be used to deliver the Site, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. Retention of provider logs is governed by the applicable provider settings and policies.
Google Analytics 4
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to measure traffic and understand how the Site is used. Depending on the visitor’s browser and Google settings, GA4 may process information such as page views, interactions, approximate geographic information, browser and device characteristics, referral information, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
An IP address is necessarily processed while analytics data is transmitted. According to Google, GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may use an IP address during processing to derive approximate location information and to provide and secure its services. We use analytics reports to operate and improve the Site and do not intentionally combine them with information that directly identifies an individual.
Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy documentation. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, the Google Privacy Policy, and Google Analytics privacy controls.
Likes
The Site provides a like function for articles. When you retrieve a like count or select the like button, the Site may process the article identifier, IP address, browser and device information, and other information ordinarily included with a network request. This information is used to display and update like counts, prevent duplicate counting, and maintain the security of the service.
To prevent duplicate counting and abuse, relevant information is de-identified into a marker that does not directly identify an individual and is retained only temporarily. The Site does not intentionally retain raw IP addresses or browser information in the like function’s data store. Aggregate like counts are retained and displayed publicly, but are not used to identify individual users.
Our service and infrastructure providers may separately process request logs under their own settings and policies.
Browser Storage
The Site uses browser local storage and session storage, rather than only cookies, to provide the following functions:
- remembering theme preferences;
- remembering an age-confirmation timestamp for 30 days;
- remembering whether you agreed to or declined analytics cookies;
- remembering on a device that an article has been liked;
- temporarily caching like counts and navigation state during a browser session; and
- remembering the dismissal of a notice when that notice is configured to persist.
This information is stored in your browser. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. Removing or blocking browser storage may reset preferences or cause the Site to request age confirmation again.
Affiliate and External Links
Some pages contain affiliate links and are identified accordingly. If you follow an affiliate link, the linked service and other parties involved in delivering it may receive the destination URL, affiliate identifier, referral information, IP address, and other information ordinarily transmitted by your browser. We may receive a commission from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you.
The Site also contains links to social networks, manufacturers, retailers, and other external websites. Information is sent to those services when you choose to follow a link or use an external sharing function. Their processing of information is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Information You Provide
The Site does not currently operate an active contact form or newsletter subscription form. If one of these functions is enabled in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the function becomes available.
If you voluntarily contact the Site operator through a contact method published on the Site, the information you provide may be used to respond to your communication, maintain necessary records, protect the Site, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send bank-account details, payment-card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
Cookies and Your Choices
This Site implements consent management for analytics cookies (Google Consent Mode v2). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you agree. For visitors elsewhere it is enabled by default, and you may withdraw at any time using the settings below; withdrawing takes the same single action as agreeing.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage as analytics_consent.
GA4 and linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking JavaScript, cookies, or browser storage may affect certain Site functions.
Retention
We retain information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following qualifications:
- the de-identified marker used by the like function to prevent duplicate counting expires after 30 days;
- aggregate like counts do not have a fixed expiration;
- browser storage remains on your device until it expires, is replaced, or is removed through your browser, as applicable;
- GA4 retention is determined by the Site’s Analytics settings and Google’s applicable terms; and
- hosting and security logs are retained according to provider settings and policies.
Information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and security of the Site and its users.
Disclosure and International Processing
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, and the like service. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or a security incident.
These providers may process information in countries or regions other than the one in which you reside. Their processing is governed by their respective contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Site. No Internet transmission, browser storage, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Age Restriction
The Site contains adult-oriented material and is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the Site.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, its service providers, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes may also be announced on the Site when appropriate.

Questions concerning this Privacy Policy may be submitted through any other contact method published on the Site.
