Hobby Sakura “Nana” 1/4 Scale Figure Painted Prototype Revealed
Nana is Hobby Sakura’s own mascot character, designed and illustrated by ORiHiRA. Her 1/4-scale figure made its public debut as a gray prototype at Wonder Festival 2026 Summer on July 26, 2026, where it served as the centerpiece of the company’s booth.
On August 30, 2026, the painted prototype was finally unveiled. The design — red twin-drill hair, heart-shaped pupils, a mecha suit and a reverse bunny outfit, packing “cute”, “mecha” and “fetish” into a single character — now comes alive in full color. The metallic red armor plays off the pearlescent bodysuit for a striking contrast, and the black down jacket tied around her waist reproduces its quilting and sticker decals with distinct textures. The base combines a clear block encasing a cherry blossom tree with floating cubes, finished with a dot-matrix “HOBBYSAKURA” logo glowing along its rim.
Pricing and release timing have yet to be announced, though pre-orders are expected to open before long. Hobby Sakura has also teased that “a major project for Nana is in the works”, so further news should follow.
